John Kelly has been advising Fortune 500 marketing leadership as a marketing strategy and analytics expert for nearly 25 years. His career began in the ad agency world at McCann-Erickson and most recently at veteran predictive analytics firm Opera Solutions.  He is now CEO and founder of Magnetic Sky Analytics. In between these milestones he founded and successfully exited several technology firms, led the consultancy practice at change management leader Ferrazzi Greenlight and founded the Predictive Analytics division at Berkeley Research Group. Industry sectors most frequently served include Retail, Products, Media & Entertainment, Telecom, and Travel & Hospitality. John has a BA from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from UCLA. Vivian Lee-Shiue has over 20 years of experience in operations, strategy, and analytics, focused primarily in financial services firms. In addition to working in the data warehousing group at Deloitte Consulting, she co-developed and led a service offering focused on costing and profitability at a boutique consulting firm, before moving directly into industry where she worked within the strategy and analytics teams at JPMorgan Chase, GE Capital and a local hedge fund. She is Six Sigma Greenbelt certified, and has completed courses for program/project management and agile development certifications. Raj Bhatt has over 20 years of analytics and management consulting experience and works with clients in retail, consumer goods, media and telecoms. He is the CEO of Knowledge Foundry, an analytics services firm he founded in 2008. Knowledge Foundry is the India delivery partner of Magnetic Sky Analytics. Raj started his career in management consulting by working with firms such as PWC Consulting (now part of IBM), Booz & Co (now part of PWC), Gotham Consulting Partners and CSMG Adventis. For most of his consulting career, he was based in New York City and advised clients across the United States in telecoms, retail and financial services . He returned to India to join Marketics, an analytics services startup in 2005, as he saw many Fortune 1000 companies outsource their analytics requirements to India. Raj was instrumental in the sale of Marketics to WNS, a NYSE-listed company for $65 MM in 2008. Raj received a BTech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. Darren Reinke has over 15 years of consulting experience and has worked with clients in retail, CPG, high tech, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. In addition to his consulting experience, Darren spent time in product marketing at Neutrogena where he focused on creating the branded entry point for Neutrogena. Further, he worked as a merchandise planner at Old Navy where he used both past sales data and in-season performance metrics to maximize profitability for the boys' woven shirts and denim businesses. Darren also has a wealth of experience in e-commerce testing and optimization stemming from his time at ProFlowers where he tested and rolled out marketing partnerships with companies such as Netflix, Restaurant.com, and TrustedID. Darren received a BS in Biological Sciences from UC Davis and a MBA from UC Berkeley. He is also certified as an executive coach by the International Coach Federation. Girish Ramachandra has over 12 years of data science experience. He works with clients in retail, consumer goods, media, telecoms and financial services. Girish is the Chief Data Scientist and VP at Knowledge Foundry, the India delivery partner of Magnetic Sky Analytics. His interests include campaign optimization, segmentation, assortment and allocation optimization and predictive analytics. He has worked for SAS and Citibank’s Global Decision Management team before this role. Girish holds a PhD in Operations Research from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Surathkal.
